• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role in an Australian civil construction company, demonstrating a range of projects across varying levels of capability (extensive)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or diploma/grad diploma of Project Management
• Ability to respond quickly to change and be flexible
• Strong communication and leadership skills – ability to establish effective relationships
• Strong understanding of health and safety and environmental procedures

• Minimum 3 years Civil Site Supervisory experience essential in Civil, Earthmoving, road and concrete works) (min 3 years)
• Cert 4 Site Supervision/ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Current driver’s license
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills necessary to manage site team and subcontractors
• Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings/plans
• Knowledge and commitment to WHS

• Competent and ticketed in operating various civil construction plant (Excavator, Dozer, Skid Steer, loaders)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil works
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to complete and pass pre-employment medical and drug + alcohol screen
• Possess a positive attitude and be a reliable member of the site team
• Strong safety awareness and initiative

• Current driver’s license (MR/HR class preferred)
• WHS/OHS Induction Card
• Plant operation experience and competency preferred but not essential
• Excellent initiative and ability to follow instructions correctly
• Ability to effectively contribute and communicate in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in estimating civil engineering projects – primarily in bulk earthworks, demolition, roads, infrastructure and services
• Good understanding of tender and estimation process, ability to learn quickly
• Extremely high attention to detail and quality of works
• Understanding of RFI’s and ability to read drawings and do measurements
• Dealing with clients face to face

• Able to work independently to complete the measurement work including reviewing and checking
• Participate and support in cost plan estimate, preparation of BOQ, tender and contract documents.
• Diploma or above, major in project costing, construction management or other related disciplines.
• Must be able to put together subcontract packages, source prices and evaluate subcontractors.
• Good communication skills.
