OVERVIEW
The Therry Road, Campbelltown Package 2 and 4 scope of works included the bulk excavation and installation of 500m of new roads (asphalt and concrete) and re-development of an existing 100m road. In addition works included a shoring wall, bulk and detail excavation for the new hospital maintenance building.
To assist with drainage of the newly developed area Mainland were responsible for installation of a new stormwater system (500m), two permanent retention basins and an OSD tank.
The re-instatement of the existing road also included the excavation and installation of HV services and pre-cast HV pits.
There were some additional works awarded to Mainland Civil which included a bulk cut/fill landscape package for the reshaping of “South Park” and a tiered three level car park for a further 80 staff car spots.
