OVERVIEW
Dee Why Town Centre – Light House is a development at the heart of Dee Why featuring four towers, basement car parking, 350 apartments, retail and commercial suites.
Mainland Civil liaised with the Site Environmental Consultant and the EPA to locate suitable tip sites for disposal and re-use of approx 180,000m3 of excavated material including acidic soils providing both a cost effective and environmentally friendly solution.
Other works included; shotcrete to the shoring wall, detail excavation, sheetpiling, construction of working platforms for the shoring wall and foundation piling rigs and site dewatering system compliant to EPA guidelines.
