OVERVIEW
Mirvac’s development of the iconic Harold Park Paceway transformed the vacant inner city locale into a vibrant urban residential precinct.
Mainland Civil undertook the Precinct 5 project and were responsible for the design and construction of the secant pile shoring wall including anchoring, and capping beams. The works also included a 25,000m3 bulk excavation of a two level basement with 237 foundation piles and concrete blinding across the 5,300m2 building footprint.
Mainland Civil successfully completed the project in a tight timeframe providing four progressive staged handovers allowing Mirvac to commence critical areas of the structure early.
