The $850 million Soul, Surfers Paradise, Residential Tower and retail precinct is set to become a Gold Coast icon in luxury living and retail shopping.
Mainland Civil was awarded initial contracts to excavate and decontaminate the site along with the construction of large diameter bored piers and retaining structures.
Rehabilitation of existing diaphragm walls, design and construction of cut-off walls, de-watering and sensitive environmental controls completed the scope of works for this landmark project.
