OVERVIEW
The Chau Chak Wing Building located in Ultimo is the new Business School building of the University of Technology design by Frank Gehry, one of the worlds most influential Architects.
Mainland Civil’s scope included site remediation, perimeter secant piling, bulk excavation and foundation piling works,
Due to the close proximity of a Sydney Water asset to one boundary, internal props were designed and installed within the excavation as temporary anchors were not permitted.
