OVERVIEW
Part of the Kingston Foreshore redevelopment, the Lakefront Apartments provided Mainland with the challenge of excavating adjacent to and below the water level of Lake Burley Griffin.
An extensive sheetpiling and dewatering system was installed to allow the bulk excavation of 14,000m3 and foundation piles to proceed in dry conditions.
