The Ascot House Project, falls part of development, which is creating a lifestyle for its development, which is creating a lifestyle for its members and residents by mixing heritage with modern design.
This dynamic project showcased Mainland Civil’s capabilities involving bulk excavation (and retention), detailed excavation, demolition of existing structures, construction of a private internal road for the development, expansion of Nudgee Rd into a dual carriage way, service installation, concreting, landscaping and fencing.
Mainland Civil was able to deliver the final product while minimising costs and maximising production.
