OVERVIEW
The K1 Commercial development, Lend Leases new Brisbane office, is part of a grand scheme of works earmarked in the Bowen Hills area within the RNA showgrounds.
K1 Commercial is a prime example of what Mainland can deliver as a package with a retention system redesigned to provide cost and time efficiencies. Our scope included service/stormwater rediversions, decontamination, piling retention, capping beams and anchors/shotcrete.
Once detailed excavation commenced a staged handover was provided to enable the builder to commence works immediately.
